Refugee and Protected Person Class

Immigration Consultant in Surrey, BC

Are you or someone you know that’s in need of relocation or protection away from harm and persecution in the current country of origins? Finding a safe and viable solution in a country like Canada is possible. If you or someone you know is in a circumstance and can be deemed as refugee or person in need of protection from the Government of Canada, we can guide you in this matter.

In Canada, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) decide who is a Refugee or Protected Person. If the IRB determined you to be a person in need of protection or a Convention refugee or if you received a positive decision on your Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) from IRCC, you are a Protected Person and may apply for permanent residence with this application.

You may also apply for permanent residence with this application if you are a member of the Protected Temporary Residents Class (PTRC). Protected Temporary Residents are individuals admitted to Canada on a temporary resident permit and who have been determined to be in urgent need of protection by a visa office inside Canada.
